careful of any telephonic conversations /confirmations with these guys. Get everything very clearly in writing.





first nite there - no hot water, next morning tepid water. A/C not effective - if you complain the excuse is %26#39; its centrally air conditioned%26#39;. More often than not the lift isnt working.





be very sure of dates - a request - even 20 days earlier to reduce the no. of days from 4 to 3 (due to unavailability of air tickets), is rejected.We were billed for 4 nights anyway,the line being %26#39;we gave you good rates so we cant reduce the number of days from 4 to 3%26#39; - thats with a 3 week advance notice. But they can charge close to a single room rent for a mattress on the floor in a double room. (they dont have triples)





You have your back against the wall here - they know tourists (foreigners or Indians - we are indians) come for 2 days merely to see Ajanta,Ellora %26amp; Daulatabad - and never come back again. So you have no options .

Mrs Bangara stayed in the hotel after booking online taking a best Available Rate .These rates are strictly governed by certain refundable and non refundatble clauses.



When the season is very high , hotels do not want to run a chance of vacant rooms due to no shows and cancellations.





Mrs Bangara was clearly informed by mail about the same but she was not ready to accept the same





Because of the denial to effect change in the booking,Mrs Bangara has probably chosen to put a negative review of the hotel.Her complaint about hot water and Airconditioning is incorrect.



Yes , the hotel does have load shedding by the Electricity Board as do all the residents and commercial establishments / industries in Aurangabad.During such load shedding ,the hotel is equipped with generator back up for lights , fans and the essentials only. An information banner is displayed prominently in the lobby to inform the guests of the same.





The hotel has many repeat guests.Amarpreet has been existing in the business for last 26 years and has a consistent flow of repeat guests.



In fact many of hotel%26#39;s Corporate ( Indian as well Multi National Companies) clients have a relationship as old as the hotel.





The hotel does not claim to satisfy 100% 10 out 10 guests , but definitely does aim and puts all efforts in that direction.Many of the hotel%26#39;s guests have given the hotel accolades in exceeding the services parameters and value





The various feed backs of innumerable guests who have had a great and memorable stay in this hotel are available for anyone to understand the incorrectness of Mrs Bangara%26#39;s review.
