Annexe at Silver Sands Holiday Village.

We are going to be staying in the annexe at Silver Sands Holiday Village, Candolim.

I cannot find a photo of it ar any info on what it is like.

We are travelling with Jewel in the Crown but they do not show the annexe in their brochure.

Has any one stayed there and if so, what is it like?

We are staying there too from the 8th March, my cousin who goes every year, said the annexe rooms are much better, have air con and not as basic as the main building, hope this helps

Thanx london blondie

Have a good holiday, I am really looking forward to my first trip to Goa, going in April.

Perhaps you would be kind enough to report back about the annexe when you return. I am sure I am not the only person who would like to know more about it.

Kind Regards Sandy

We stayed at the Silver Sands in 2006 and have not heard of the annex rooms, the new rooms were called superior rooms, we are going back in December and have upgraded to one of these rooms but that%26#39;s with First Choice, have a look in their Sunstart brochure it may give you some idea.

hello Stardust200....

Silver Sands only do three types of accommodation basic (annexe rooms ) Bungalows and Superior rooms. The annexe rooms are the ones nearer the pool . Stayed last year at Silver Sands in the Superior rooms which were fantastic aircon/fridge/telephone/Satelite tv all as standard. If on arrival you donot like the annexe rooms (they are the basic)just ask to be upgraded.Happy hols SERETA

Stardust200....

Thank you Sereta

The info I have from Jewel in the Crown is that there is a new annex block that has been built. They say it has A/C, fan, fridge etc. The entrance leads onto the lane to the beach. Not sure if it is the same block that you are thinking of. Still I%26#39;ll see in April, and get back to you what it is like.
