Yes its very warm at night, you wont need any cardys, if when you get there buy a shawl if you need to, cost around a £1. Lots of people seem to buy their Malaria t5ablets in Goa. Buy adaptors in Calangute widely available in the shops 50p ish. Also im sure you can buy the plug-ins in Goa. Not sure about the Padlocks, been a long time since i stayed at Osbourne, but im sure some of the Forum Contributors will advise you. Infact there was a recent posting if you look back. Im off to Candolim 15th Mar for 3 weeks and expect it to be much hotter and more humidity than Jan this year.

At the end of january/ beginning of february this year it was quite cold at night, (lowest temperatures for 63 years) so needed a shawl and had to turn the fans off. It probably wont be as cold again for another 60 odd years but be prepared. GLOBAL WARMING!!!
