Posted this on your other thread but I%26#39;ll put it here as well ;-)

Not really just use common sense (I don%26#39;t mean that to sound patronising), keep the suntan lotion topped up,and make sure of plenty fluids (a lot more than normal) pick up a couple of sachets of rehydration salts in Goa and if your daughter appears (or anyone does) a bit wobbity then take one, they taste like smelly arm pits but they do the trick. Carry round a small bottle of anti-bac hand gel (the one you don%26#39;t need water for) you get a small bottle I think 100 ml that is perfect for popping in the camcorder case etc. and just keep it topped up from a bigger bottle. All pharmacy%26#39;s in Goa are c=very well stocked and should yoy require anything over there you will be able to get it. The Goans love kids and will make your daughter feel so welcome and like a star, have a wonderful trip :-)
