We%26#39;re planning a trip for November and want to visit Delhi, Darjeeling and either Kerala or Goa (for the beaches).Can anyone confirm if this is feasible in 3 weeks?

For Delhi n Darjeeling taken together a week is enough.
Two weeks is good enough to do both Kerala and Goa.
all this assuming u will do long distance in flights

Yes 3 weeks seems to be enough time to me.
You may have to start in Calcutta to go to Darjeeling and it could be chilly there.
I prefer Kerala to Goa. Spending 1 week there is good. Try to visit Hampi/Badami which is a fabulous historical/archeological site reminding of those in South America. I went there on the way to Kerala.
