Flight delays

Returned Gatwick 02 March on a 7-hour delayed First Choice flight - part needed for aircon and they had to wait for it to come from Ireland to Gatwick so bouth outbound and homebound flights badly affected. First Choice not what it used to be - definitely cutting back on catering in Premium Cabin - no starter on outbound flight on 16 Feb and minuscule portion of chicken. No little bowls of fruit served prior to take off and only pink sparkly wine. On homebound flight no nibbles or anything -one passenger had to pay £1 for a bag of crisps as she, like us, was starving waiting for lunch/dinner which seems to take forever in coming. Breakfast and tea served out of cardboard boxes on both flights - awful. Premium cabin just not worth the money. From takeoff to landing people coming through from the Star cabin to use the one toilet in Premium cabin and staff do nothing to stop this. I certainly won%26#39;t be flying First Choice again; however, yesterday was truly awful for Mytravel passengers as their Gatwick flight was cancelled for 24 hours! Monarch and Britannia also had delays yesterday and Goa airport was packed with people sitting on the floors - not a good end to a fabulous holiday in such a beautiful country.

Flight delays

hi katy I was on your flight aswell sitting in row 1 on the right hand side as you face the front of the plane. I enjoyed the flight both ways, I thought the cabi crew worked very hard to make sure that we were enjoying the flight. The reason that we never had a starter was that the smoked salmon had been recalled that day and they were not allowed to serve it so it wasn%26#39;t delivered with the meals. The crew did not know this but we work for Sainsburys on the fresh section and we were taking them off the shelves.

They would not have had time to arrange anything else. I would pay for premium again as I enjoyed the whole experience.

Britannia??? If there%26#39;s a Britannia plane at Dabolim then it%26#39;s been there since 2005...
