If you have been to this ashram in Trivandrum do you think it is too intensive for a beginner or is it worth the experience....if you have been in my shoes?
Shivananda ashramShivananda Asram%26#39;s have training centers thorugh out the world. The couse or workhop you are attending will give you a brief idea about yoga. You can learn atleast some breathing exersises %26amp; relaxation techniques by attending thier regular work shops.
Regular work shop not so strenuous to hold for a beginner.
Remember yoga is not a thing that can learn with in single day.
