I was wondering if anyone could recommend a reliable tour operator in India? I%26#39;ll fly to Delhi in the end of March and would love to see at least Golden Triangle, maybe something else too. Any recommendations? I%26#39;ll stay in India around 12 days in total. I am young female traveller on my own, so I%26#39;m especially interested in guided group tours.

Try Cox and Kings India, or Sita Travels, a division of UK based Kuoni. They have a lot of tour groups, and are pretty well known and reliable. You can find them by a Google search.

from delhi take a bus to agra and then jaipur. its safe and the connectivity is good.buses are airconditioned too.
in rajasthan its getting hotter so maybe you can just travel to pushkar and the udaipur city with its gardens and lakes will be great too.

Hi Joyanna If I understand you correctly you are looking for a tour on a seat-incoach basis with a tour company that operates fixed-date departures around the Golden Triangle. Unfortunately there is no such company. Youll have to put your tour together yourself or with the help of a tour operator. My recommendation is to just do the tour on your own using trains moving Delhi to Agra to Jaipur and back to Delhi. As a single woman traveller, you do need to exercise certain caution. If youll search this forum and Thorntree, youll find plenty of good advice for single women. Its perfectly safe to travel on your own if follow such advice
