Delhi to Agra to Jaipur

We are going to be in Delhi and will do the sites in Agra (Taj, Fatehpur Sikri and Forts). We are wondering is it worth staying in Agra overnight if we want to go to Jaipur or is it easier to go to Jaipur from Agra? We do not have land transfers arranged. We would be interested in hiring a driver and car to do these trips. Any suggestions?

Kingfisher airlines has flights from Agra to Jaipur. I would stay overnight and fly the next morning.

Delhi to Agra to Jaipur

Trains are best. Take the morning Shatabdi to Delhi to Agra and same evening the Inter City Agra to Jaipur. Stay at least 2 night sin Jaipur and take the evening Shatabdi Train Jaipur to Delhi

Hi ssz, you need to be in Agra for morning light or evening light for the Taj Mahal which means staying over really. No more than one night though!! I know of a good tour operator to drive you around the Triangle if interested, we used them in 2005 and it was cheap and reliable, and personable. let me know if this interests you.
