Humidity kicks in end of March then gets unbearable April-May

It was my partners 40th birthday on 28.2 this year, went to Goa for third time to celebrate, weather was very hot but gorgeous, sholdn%26#39;t be that different to January

When is the party season in Goa? If we were to go in February, is that the high season?
