How much and How often

Hi Guys. I am sure this info is on here somewhere but to save my sanity could someone point me in the right direction please.

My wife and I are off to the Dona Sylvia on 18/04/08 for two weeks and would like to know how much and how often to tip ie. waiters, pool attendants maids etc. Also what would you suggest we visit bearing in mind we are only there for a fortnight and would like some time on the beach. Any help would be greatly appreciated
