I know this has been asked a few times before--but I am looking for feedback from people who are familiar with all three 5 star resorts in south goa. Which one would you recommend? I would like to opt for the one that has the nicest rooms, and isn%26#39;t completely isolated (easy access to shacks, good local food etc).
Leela, Exotica or Park Hyatt?
hi
not exactly answering any of your questions
really,as i%26#39;ve not stayed in any of those places,
but the leela is a short(5mins)walk from fisher
mans wharfe, near mobor beach, which is a very good
restuarant,on the banks of the river(sal?),a short
taxi ride(100irp)to cavelossim, where there are any amount of shops and exellant restuarants to choose
from, including the river view, maybe the best in the
cavelossim area,in my opinion.

We have been researching Goa for quite a while as a holiday destination and are now going in 2 weeks time. We were also looking at the same hotels that you are interested in, but to be honest, they%26#39;re not worth it. You can hire a private, 3 bedroom villa with your own pool and driver for less cash. We actually went with the 3 star Dona Sylvia as I have not read a bad review and the cash we have saved is going to be used for an amazing time once we are out there...your dollars will go a long way!
The Park Hyatt is a beautiful resort with one of the best Spa%26#39;s in Asia but its a little isolated. Not many places around...though it does have some beach shacks and restaurants are a 15 mins drive away.
The Leela is in better location.
