Is there anyone out there who has stayed at The Horizon Hotel recently? Whats it like? How far to the beach? Who is the best taxi driver? and does anyone know the Hotel managers name.

the hotel is anice decent hotel, rooms are nice comfortable, its 10 mins walk to calangute beach, its in the heart of calangute n close to many shops n restaurants etc. taxis are easily available, but i would recommed u to book ne driver ( rupesh ) number is 9922621658, n the hotel managers name is Mr Sunil Parsekar.

yes stayed twice nice hotel central location about 500 mts to beach taxi driver da ta very good with trips and general info have used him for the last five year,s agood friend you can trust did not give date when you are going hope not to late for info if not tell da ta rachel/derrick asking after him
Thanks for your help on that. Arrive Friday 7th March, however, had a call from the tour company yesterday and they have changed our accomodation, we are now staying at the Santiago Hotel which I believe is in the same group as the Horizon. Have you stayed there by any chance?
