I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a good spice plantation easily accessible from the South (Varca). Going week today, cant wait!

Sahakira spice plantation near Ponda isn%26#39;t that far away, also around Ponda are some Hindu temples worth looking at and Old Goa is also nearby so you could do all three on the same trip :-)

Katy, i would second that. The plantation is a nice day out, and the guides make it somuch fun.

Close to the spice plantation you can also get a ride on an elephant and have an elephant power shower in the river. Spice plantation trip was brilliant. Got some kind of herbal remedy there to repair liver damage which should be useful after the amount of honeybee I consumed!!!
